Richard Wheeler

 

Richard C. Wheeler, died Tuesday, April 6, after a period of declining health, at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation  (formerly St. Camillus).  He was 77.

He is survived by a brother, Paul E. Wheeler and his wife, Beverly, of Whitinsville, a nephew, Daniel Wheeler, of Douglas and a niece, Christine Beauchaine, of Whitinsville.  

Richard was born in Newport, Rhode Island, April 24, 1943, a son of Paul S. and Mildred (Lundburg) Wheeler.  His family lived in Worcester when he was young and moved to Whitinsville when he was a teen. He was a graduate of Northbridge High School and a 1971 graduate of Clark University.  He served in the the Massachusetts National Guard from 1965-1971.  An accountant, he worked at Dennison, in Framingham, for most of his career.  Richard enjoyed reading the newspaper and watching television.

I didn't  know Richard Wheeler very well, but he was always friendly & a good classmate.

James Couillard

A quiet and friendly guy. He used to pick me up for work on the 2nd shift at the Tupperware factory in Fisherville.
